Sue Woodland: I have always struggled with my weight, and have hated going on a ‘diet’ because eating is one of my pleasures in life. When Craig told me about the program he was running I knew it would be good, but didn’t realize how much I would actually enjoy it.
All the foods I had to eat were ones I loved. If you do everything you are told to do you will certainly get the results. I lost 9 kilos and have lost another one since then. It is not hard at all to keep it off, and when I go overseas in January and maybe eat yummy things (who wouldn’t) I know how to get any extra weight I may have gained off in 28 days.
This is one change you should make if you are needing to loose a bit of weight. My clothes fit me better, I feel younger, and boxing doesn’t make me short of breath anymore.
Mark Kunst: In August this year I completed a 28day No carb diet through Boxr and under guidance from Craig I learnt how to manage my food, exercise and weight and achieved a 8kg loss in weight and 100mm off the waist line.
