You’ll need to bring your own towel and a set of hand wraps. We sell Punch Hand Wraps and Boxr Gloves.

BODYBLOW

This is our signature session. From beginner to pro, if you’re up for a super challenge this is for you. We combine padwork, heavy-bags and conditioning drills over one, two and three minute rounds. Learn basic boxing skills and develop your punching technique and footwork. Improve your core strength and agility with simple routines that mirror professional boxing drills. This is the Ultimate Hour of Power to fast-track your fitness!

METABLITZ

Swap your boxing gloves for dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and your own bodyweight in high intensity intervals that will fire your fast-twitch fibres and blitz your fitness. This is a super-charged, calorie-crushing, fat-stripping workout to stoke your fat-burning furnace… and change your metabolism for good. Coached by Craig McKim, this class is a boxing skills session advancing your technique to develop superior speed and punching power.

OPEN SPARRING

BOXR Teneriffe (8.00AM – 10.00AM) and Seventeen Mile Rocks Introduces SATURDAY MORNING OPEN SPARRING

Controlled, Exhilarating, Testing your ability, Testing your fitness and Fun. Male and Female, matched accordingly by the Trainers or you can bring your own match (friend, fellow member or family). All participants are welcome at both locations.
Teneriffe – 7-9am
Seventeen Mile Rocks – 9-11am
