A BIT ABOUT TYLER
Being active has always been a part of my life, I began playing football from the age of 5, and since then I have constantly been involved in sport, health and fitness. At the age of 16 I signed my first football contract and went on to play semi professional football for the next 10 years. Since retiring from the game, I have thrown myself into Judo, Boxing, Skateboarding, Parkour, Bouldering, Crossfit and many other physical activities.
Health & fitness is my passion. I love being active and testing myself physically, I train to be prepared for the daily challenges of life, as well as the physical activities I enjoy taking part in.
I have been personal training for 5 years, teaching a wide range of clientele within small group classes or on a one to one basis. I approach my job with the upmost professionalism and it is a pleasure for me to be in a position to help others. I take great pride in offering a results based service to my clients, and whilst results are the priority I use a variety of fitness methods to make each session fun, enjoyable and most importantly one step closer to achieving your goal.
