A BIT ABOUT KAITLYN
Soon after spending 4 years completing a Bachelor of Business, I decided to follow my true passion of health and fitness and finally understood the expression “If you love what you do you’ll never work a day in your life.”I have now been working in the fitness industry for just over 3 years in total, in Australia, Canada and the UK and feel fortunate to have been able to combine my love of fitness with my love of travel. My favourite thing about the fitness industry is that it is constantly evolving; I love to learn and am always interested in experiencing new styles of training!
I believe in putting the PERSONAL in personal trainer and have a strong focus on developing programs for my clients that are tailored specifically to their goals, experience, and limitations. I also have a strong belief in focusing on movement relevant to the individual’s lifestyle; its no use being able to bench press 150kg if you can’t get up and down off the floor to play with your kids!
What I love most about my job is the opportunity to create relationships with and learn from my clients, whilst helping them to create lasting change in their lives; there is nothing more rewarding that playing even just a small part in someone’s positive lifestyle change.

- Level 1 kettlebell athletics
- Trigger point level 1 and 2 (myofacial compression techniques)
- First Aid and CPR
